Returning an unwanted item?
If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of receiving it, you would need to contact us and we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 8-10 days of receiving it, we'll give you a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them.
We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
We understand you need to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to return it to you.
All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're in the same condition and packaging as delivered to you.
Can I exchange my item?
We do offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and we will replace it (if size/colour wanted is available), no problem!
I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. Get in touch!
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with the following information:
The order number
The faulty item's name and number
A description of the fault
Please note: if your item has become faulty outside of our 10-day returns timeframe, we won’t be able to give you a refund, provide you with a voucher or exchange for another item.
Can I return beauty products?
Always check the product info section for details on whether the item is returnable. For items which can be returned we can only accept beauty items back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed for hygiene purposes.
Can I return a sale item?
Sales items are non-returnable.
